Overview

Freehold ownership gives the owner permanent ownership of the land and improvements, subject to applicable laws.

Leasehold grants the right to occupy and use land for a fixed period under the terms of a lease.

Freehold

Leasehold

  • Subject to lease conditions
  • May require renewal
